Here's
what Caroline told me in a recent e-mail:
"I
am fairly new to the sugarcraft scene and over the year have thoroughly
enjoyed doing new and different things. I haven't had any lessons
in sugarcraft and have done it purely as a hobby."
Caroline
works as a team with her mum Janice and together they produce
these beautiful cakes.
